Information about date of birth of the claimant: TA/LTC bill

It is observed that in the most of cases of TA/LTC claims received in this
office from units are having incomplete information in respect of the
individual/claimant, which results return of the claims and delayed
payments.

To avoid such problems, it is therefore requested to ensure that
information about Date of Birth/ GPF /PRAN No. (mandatory to process the
claim in system) of the claimant has been mentioned in each TA/LTC claim.
