OFFICE MEMORANDUM
In-view of the representation dated 30,05,2023 from City Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd. Jabalpur and from various Serving & Pensioner Associations of Jabalpur and as per recommendation of Empanelment Committee CGHS Jabalpur, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and QCI vide letter date 09.08.2023, the suspension of City Hospital & Research Centre Pyt. Lid., Near 2nd Bridge Nagrath Chowk Jabalpur vide this office order No. 5-26/21-Estt/CGHS/IBP/1 178-1188 Dated 11.05.2021 -is hereby revoked with effect from the date of issue of this OM. The validity of present empanelment will be at par with other empanelled HCOs under CGHS Jabalpur. The Hospital will be eligible to claim/charge Non-NABH Rates from CGI IS beneficiaries for QCI recommended facilities.
During empanelment the hospital will be under surveillance for one year for any complaint of any nature, particularly for any involvement in fraudulent activity, and also if the City Hospital & Research Centre Pvt. Lid. Jabalpur is found guilty in the case already under trial regarding use of fake Remdesivir on admitted patients, the hospital will be removed from the panel of CGHS.
The hospital should get it registered with the BCA of this office i.e. presently NHA, before providing credit medical facilities to CGHS Pensioner/other eligible beneficiaries.
