Office Order No. 65 of 2022

Sub: Posting/working of Outsourced/hired person in Board’s Office.

In Board’s office some Outsourced/hired persons have been posted in few Sections/ Directorates for assisting in official work as per the requirement of Directorate. Keeping in view the sensitivity of official documents, it has been decided that these officials may not be given access to the documents which are classified/sensitive in nature.

2. Further, such officials may only assist the Officer/Branch for file processing/office work and would not work as dealing hand in the branch i.e. no e-office access may be given to such officials and they will not sign/put up any official file/papers as dealing hand.

3. All concerned may please see for strict compliance of above instructions.
