Madam,
As you are aware that after enhancement of DA from 17% to 28%, it is required to enhance HRA @ 9, 18 and 27% as per report of 7th CPC.
Now, it has been reported by some Departments under Central Government, that it has not been updated in System, therefore it will not be paid with the salary of July 2021.
It is therefore, requested to kindly to cause suitable action to update the System so that the officials may also get enhanced HRA with the salary of July 2021.

Many of the retirees(pensioners) suffer economically and heavily on retirement with half salary without HRA, CCA and Transport allowance but still living in the same city and in the same residence, rented ,mortgaged or paying EMI towards loan.Cost of living in a city is the same for employees as well to pensioners and so with transportation.
As such, is it not rational and logical that the retirees too be paid at least 50% of what is paid to employees , on last pay drawn or same % age on basic pension. Most of the pensioners are in pathetic condition economically ,spending retirement benefits on their daughter/s marriage about which govt is aware of lndian Culture of an lndian’s daughter/s marriage.
Pensioners Associations r requested to peruse this matter very seriously with the govt
