Reimbursement of โTransit Accommodation/ Guest Room Accommodation Chargesโ to Defence Services Personnel during the temporary stay in State Bhawan/Guest Houses/Departmental Guest Houses Run by Central Govt./State Govt./Autonomous Orgs-reg
1) The provisions of Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M. No.2/05/2018-E.II(B) dated 01.02.2019, on the subject matter, have been extended to Defence personnel vide Government of India, Ministry of Defence letter No. 1(1)/2019-D(Q & C)/Vol.I dated 04.05.2020.
2) Reimbursement of Transit Accommodation/Guest Room Accommodation Charges will be admitted based on Part II Orders to be published by Units/Formations supported with NAC and guest room bills.
3) A proposal to carry out amendments/additions in Documentation Procedure, for inclusion of the new Occurrence code (REIMACCO) for Reimbursement of โTransit Accommodation/Guest Room Accommodation Chargesโ has been already forwarded to the ADGPS, AGโs Branch New Delhi. This office will be able to take necessary action only on receipt of amendment in Documentation Procedure.
