Sub:- Continuous Empnelment of Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS-Outside CGHS, Hyderabad – Regrading.
Ref:- Ministry’s Letter No.S.11045/36/2012/CGHS/HEC dated 26th December 2017.
M/s. Citizens Speciality Hospital ( A Unit of Cyberabad Citizens Health Services Pvt. Ltd.) empanelled under CGHS, Hyderabad, is demerged and the re-christened as M/s. CITIZENS SPECIALITY HOSPITAL (A UNIT OF ARTMED HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED) vide National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench order dated 08.03.2019.
Therefore, in the empanelled list of HCOs for CGHS, Hyderabad M/s. CITIZENS SPECIALITY HOSPITAL ( A Unit of Cyberabad Citizens Health Services Pvt. Ltd.) shall be substituted with “(A UNIT Of ARTMED HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED)”
All other terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement shall remain same.
