Please find enclosed herewith a copy of letter No. 1/41/2/2020-Cab dated 28/09/2020 of Cabinet Secretariat (Mantrimandal Sachivalaya) Rashtrapati Bhawan forwarding therewith Copy of letter No. 437/6/1/ ECI/ INST/ FUNCT/ MCC/ 2020/87 dated 25/09/2020 and No. 437/6/1/ ECI/ INST/ FUNCT/ MCC/ 2020/90 dated 25/09/2020 of Election Commission of India regarding General Elections to the State Legislative Assembly of Bihar, 2020 for compliance and necessary action.
2. Besides the above, the provision of the Model code of conduct as mentioned in the website of Election Commission of India and the earlier instructions on the subject issued from time tc: time also be strictly complied with till the duration of the Election Schedule.
