Subject:- Exemption of Employees with Disabilities from roaster duty to COVID 19 situation- regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to D/o Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities OM No. 34-06/2020-DD-lll dated 13th August, 2020 on the subject cited above and to say that this Department vide No.11013/9/2014-Etst.A.lll dated 19th, May, 2020 read with OM of even number dated 18th May, 2020 had exempted Persons with Disabilities from roaster duty due to obutbreak of COVID-19. This has been reiterated vide OM dated 5th, June 2020, which is still in force till further orders.
