INITIATION OF FOUR GRADE STRUCTURE OF MULTI TASKING STAFF (MTS)
1. A draft proposal for Four Grade Structure of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS is being uploaded on MES website for a period of 30 days for inviting suggestion/ comments from associations, individual and stakeholders . Once the comments received from different stakeholder, the same will be reviewed/ evaluated for further refinement.
2. Request forward comments by 25 Mar 2020.

COMMENTS
It can well be re-designated as MTS-GR.IV upon entry, Then Gr. III, Gr.II & Gr.I so that no ambiguity will be there. Instead of 3, 5 and 8 years the promotions can be given at 3, 7 & 10 years and after the 10th year they cane be considered for grant of I MACP at the 15th year, II MACP on 20th Year and III MACP on 25th year so that they will get a better pay package and retirement benefits by the end of their service period.
If the grades of MTS is going to be upgraded and what about level 6,7 and 8. The grades of the above to be clubbed as 8 from it’s initial stage.

Mr. Ravi, I think it’s a typoerror. Instead of 19900 it’s written as 63200/-.If group D gets an increase in 3 and 5 years then MACP will be not been granted to them. And what about group C. Who get Raise after 10 years. Change in paylevel should be equal for all groups.this proosal does not seem practcal and justified.
I want to know grades to 5.going to revise or not. Grade.1800.1900.2000.2400.and.2800 goring to rewise or not. Tell me about these things
How come level 2 will get ₹63200 where as level 4 getting decresed pay of ₹25500
